Ultra-high-resolution facade capture of a historic multi-story structure, producing three simultaneous deliverable types from a single flight mission. The Gaussian Splat model delivers photorealistic 3D visualization ideal for preservation documentation, insurance assessment, and architectural record. The 3D textured mesh provides the geometry base for large-area mapping and BIM integration. The classified point cloud delivers precise dimensional data for engineering and structural analysis.

Linear corridor survey of an underground water line right-of-way through dense mixed vegetation. Deliverables include a survey-grade orthomosaic with contour overlay, classified point cloud, and bare-earth DTM — all georeferenced and GIS-ready. Contour intervals extracted from LiDAR-class data support civil design, drainage analysis, and utility corridor documentation.

Construction site volumetric survey capturing multiple stockpile zones across an active job site. Deliverables include a survey-grade orthomosaic, digital surface model with elevation heat mapping, and precise cut/fill volume calculations for each designated zone. Volume 2 shown: Cut 9,547.97 yd³, Volume Differential 9,547.65 yd³. Data delivered in client-specified GIS and CAD formats for direct integration into project management and contractor workflows.
